Kuwana Haulsey is the author of the award-winning novels The Red Moon (Villard) and Angel of Harlem (One World/Ballantine). Her new book, everything i needed to know, i learned from my six-month-old, is in stores now. In addition to her writing, Kuwana has a passion for travel photography, her family, and all things DIY. She’s the creator of Mama+Baby Essentials, an all natural and organic line of body products for mothers and their little ones. She is also a workshop leader and speaker on topics ranging from writing and creative exploration, to conscious parenting.
